How long does it take you to make a cover?

It all depends on the complexity of the design. The quickest cover I’ve made took six hours, but there have been a few that have taken over fifty! Most fantasy designs average out at about thirty hours.

Where do you source your assets from?

All Stock photos included in the cover price are purchased from reputable providers, mainly Depositphotos.com, or are my own work. I also use DAZ to render outfits, weapons, buildings etc.

Will you work with stock that I provide?

If you have purchased it from a premium stock provider with proof of a commercial licence, then yes. Personal, privately sourced, free, or Google images will not be worked with.

Will you send me a copy of the stock photos you used so I can use them for promotion?

Short answer? No. Stock licences are not transferable, but I will send links to readily available assets if asked for.

If I purchase a premade from you, will it be exclusive?

Yes, premades are only sold once and will be removed from sale after your purchase.

I don’t have the funds right now. Can I reserve a premade?

Unfortunately not. Premades are sold on a first come, first served basis, and require immediate payment upon receipt of the invoice.

Can I ask for alterations to premade covers?

Premade covers are sold as seen with changes limited to the adaptation of the typography for your book. Minor changes, e.g. eye/hair colour may be accommodated, but please enquire about the possibility before purchasing.

I like the title(s) already on a premade. Can I keep it?

Yes, you can! Simply state that on the order form.

Can I turn a single premade cover into a series?

Usually, but not always. It all depends upon the stock assets used, and your personal requirements. Please fill out the contact form to discuss.

I like a cover that is in a set, but I don’t want them all. Can I buy it separately?

Sorry, no. Sets will not be split.

When will I receive my premade cover?

I aim to deliver the finalised cover within 2 working days of receiving your completed order form.

Do I need to provide the title info straight away?

Yes please. The purchase form requires it. If you simply must have a cover but want to save it for a future project, please contact me to discuss how to proceed.

Do you offer refunds?

On premade covers, no sorry. Please see my T&Cs with regards to custom covers.

Do I have to pay in advance for a custom slot?

Please read the information at the bottom of the services page.

What payment methods do you offer?

All payments are made through PayPal invoice. I do not offer payment plans.

If I want a paperback version of my book, do I have to order the full wrap at the same time as the ebook?

No. I do not take orders for full wraps before the book is written and you can provide the required final details.

What information do you require to design the full wrap?

For KDP, the trim size, paper colour, page count, back cover blurb, and any other information you’d like to include.
